Basic data required of each participant

Name, address, e-mail, phone, organization, focus, special areas of story that they could contribute to the consultation (though we will not have time for all to share probably), a 3-5 line summary of who they are that will enable people to pray for them at this consultation.  See form.

Script outline for 10 minutes digital videos

This needs to be a personal story of their struggle to find answers to issues in the slums, not a video marketing their ministry. The story could be done by someone in the slum talking about their ministry. Best done in the slums.  Needs not be a fully crafted video but a good video clip. It would be used as the basis of a ten minute presentation of a specific kind of ministry or Biblical principle, not as advertising for donors. Needs to be accompanied with a title, name of organization, name of key people on paper.
